Khắc phục lỗi khi nâng cấp & cài đặt Windows 10

Mình thắc mắc, tại sao lúc ở windows 8.1, cổng ethernet của mình vẫn xài đc, nhưng lên win 10 rùi ethernet cắm vào ko cháy đèn luôn. ko vào mạng được luôn. Đã vào trang HP down driver về cài đặt nhưng cũng ko ăn thua @@!.

Em bị lỗi Search & Cortana k sử dụng được. Click vào icon ở taskbar ấy. Còn search trong expl vẫn dùng được. Đổi region US vẫn k được. Trong services thì Windows Search chưa disabled nhé

Em chào các bác.
Em mới cài lại win 10 từ file iso.
Hiện tại mục Store của em không thể truy cập vào được. Cứ mở lên là hiện thông báo.
" Server Stumbled, Page Could Not Be Loaded, Please Try Again" rồi từ động biến mất luôn.
Em tìm hiểu các cách khắc phục trên mạng rồi mà vẫn không được. Có bác nào biết cách chỉ em với ạ. Em mong các bác giúp đỡ em với ạ.

Nhờ các bác hướng dẫn cách khắc phục. Em thử nhiều cách và tools của Microsoft mà không được.
